Endowment Giving - A Lasting and Living Legacy

An Endowment Fund acts like a savings account for our organization. Our fund is held and managed by The Cleveland Foundation and is pooled with other funds like it for greater investment return. A portion of the fund is available annually to help meet the operational needs of North Coast Community Homes. The remainder of the earnings is reinvested in our fund for growth that will enable us to meet our changing needs in the future.

A gift to our Endowment Fund allows you to support a cause that is dear to you and that will act as a lasting memorial to your thoughtfulness.

Craig Lewis, a former tenant of NCCH, made the decision to include NCCH in his will. He and his family were very grateful for the home where he lived. David Jones, a former NCCH Trustee, also made a generous donation to NCCH in honor of his son, Brady, who lives in a home developed by NCCH. Brady, when he was a young man, was severely injured in an accident which took the life of his mother, causing him to lose his mobility and his independence.

For more information about the North Coast Community Homes Endowment Fund, please call Barbara S. Rosenthal or Gretchen Greissing at 216-662-1880. We would be pleased to help you set up a designated fund as a lasting legacy.

North Coast Community Homes is deeply grateful to the HCS Foundation for its $250,000 contribution to our Endowment Fund.

Thank you from our tenants too! Your help can change lives!
