New Licensed Residential Care Facility being developed in Westlake, OH

Partnering with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD), North Coast Community Homes (NCCH) has purchased a home in Westlake. This home will be renovated for five individuals with developmental disabilities. Currently CCBDD is in the early stages of determining who will live in this home and what the special housing requirements will include. When this information is finalized, CCBDD will share it with NCCH and renovation of the property will begin. Move in for the new tenants is currently slated for late 2010.

The home will be managed by CCBDD.
