In June 2004, North Coast Community Homes and the Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services Board of Summit County (the ADM Board) were pleased to open a group home for eight individuals diagnosed with substance abuse and mental illness.

This new property was funded with the generous support provided by the Ohio Department of Mental Health, the ADM Board and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through its Continuum of Care Project.The house has eight individual apartments, each of which includes mini kitchen facilities. A common area is also available where tenants can socialize with each other and their friends.
The tenants will be able to live in this home for as long as they wish and will live safely and independently while receiving the services they require.
Support services are provided by Community Support Services (CSS).
