
Howard W. "Hoby" Hanna IV
President, Hanna Holdings Ohio,
the parent company of Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer
As President of Hanna Holdings Ohio, Hoby Hanna directs the business and operational efforts of Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer throughout the state of Ohio and works with the firm's clients, branch managers and REALTORS® to insure the company's on-going reputation for excellence. He is also in charge of land development and works with Howard Hanna Mortgage, Barristers of Ohio Title & Escrow Service and Howard Hanna Insurance.
Hoby is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Leadership Development Program at Yale University. His professional involvement includes membership in the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Association of REALTORS® and the Cleveland Home Builders Association; past membership in the Board of Directors of the Warren Area Board of REALTORS® and past Director of CRIS Multiple Listing Service; and service in the Builders Associations of Pittsburgh, Erie and Mahoning Valley. Hoby's civic involvement includes Boy's Hope Girl's Hope and The American Red Cross in Cleveland, and has included Children's Free Care Fund; Board of Directors, Western Reserve Health Care of Youngstown. He is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization and is a recipient of Crain's 40-under-40.

Thomas A. Moore
President, Moore & Associates Inc.
Tom Moore is a longtime Cleveland advertising veteran who is in the Cleveland Advertising Association Hall of Fame. He is the President of Moore & Associates Inc., a marketing consultancy with emphasis in brand management, market research, marketing communications and new product development. Earlier Tom was President of Wolf/Meldrum & Fewsmith, President of the Cleveland Advertising Association between 2000-2001 and a Partner at Liggett-Strashower Advertising.
He graduated summa cum laude from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and has an MBA from the James J. Nance College of Business at Cleveland State University (CSU). He has taught graduate courses in the management department at CSU, was named National Chapter President of the Year by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and is now the Governor of the Fifth District of the AAF.
In the non-profit arena, Tom has served as President of the Board of Trustees for the Center for Mental Retardation, National communications Chairman for the Association for Retarded Citizens, Chairman of the Visiting Committee of the CSU College of Business Administration and a Trustee of Beech Brook and the Shaker Schools Foundation.
Tom's marketing expertise and non-profit experience will be most appreciated by North Coast Community Homes.

David L. Jones
David L. Jones, a North Coast Community Homes Trustee since 2002, passed away after a long fight with cancer. He was the founder and president of GRAPHCOM Inc., an advertising and graphics company, which he established in 1975. David was also the father of Brady who lives in a NCCH home. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Nancy K. Pryce
Nancy K. Pryce has been elected Vice-Chair of the Board. She became a Trustee in September 2000 and also serves as Co-Chair of the Committee on Resource Development. Nancy has been a tremendous help in connecting NCCH with prime funders in Stark County. She is the parent of a son with mental retardation.
