New Property Development, 2006
The beginning of 2006 has been busy. North Coast Community Homes is working on the development of two homes in Cuyahoga County and two homes in Stark County. Tenants have moved into a home in Cuyahoga County where the renovation has been completed. We are actively searching for a home in Lake County and plans are being made for a nine-unit property in Summit County for older individuals with mental illness.

Extensive whole house renovations will be completed at a home in Gates Mills in February. A new roof, repair of water damaged walls and ceilings, a completely new kitchen, new floors, and a reconfiguration of rooms were required. As soon as the weather warms up, outside work will include repair of the siding, the demolition of a small barn, and landscaping. Tenants with Prader-Willi will be moving in either in late March or early April.

Two tenants have moved into a renovated 4-bedroom home in Seven Hills.

Renovations will begin on a home purchased in North Royalton and are expected to be completed in later 2006. Development work will include remodeling for two accessible bathrooms, widening of doorways and halls, and exterior drainage work.

Tenants moved into this home in Stark County in early February 2006. It has been remodeled to be fully accessible.

This is a home recently purchased in Stark County. Renovations will be started soon and tenants will move in May 2006.
