Board of Trustees — Additions and Changes

Patrick T. Finley, Trustee

Patrick T. Finley is Managing Partner of OMNI Realty Companies and Partner of Pride One Development. Pat has been recognized as a leader in his profession. He is the Chairman of the Cleveland Young Presidents Organization. He is also involved in the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and was the President of Northern Ohio’s Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) in 2004. He was elected as a member of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2004 and in 1999, he was chosen by Crain’s Cleveland Business Magazine as one of Cleveland’s 40 Under 40. He was winner of the NAIOP 2000 Developer of the Year award.

Pat and his wife, Kathy, have two sons, Chase and Logan. Pat and Kathy are very active in support of the schools their sons attend. Pat is a Junior Achievement Volunteer teaching elementary school children. He is a licensed helicopter and airplane owner/pilot, avid water/snow skier and snow boarder.

North Coast Community Homes is delighted to have this active go-getter on its Board of Trustees.

Charles N. Bush, Ph.D., Board Chairman

Charles N. Bush, Ph.D., Vice President & Chief Technical Officer at Oatey Company, has been elected as Chairman of the North Coast Community Homes Board of Trustees beginning in 2006. Edward H. Pavlish and Nancy K. Pryce will assist him as Vice Chairmen and Philip S. Kaufmann will continue as Secretary/Treasurer. We deeply appreciate the dedicated service of these people, as well as the excellent leadership that was provided by Kip Reader, Esq., immediate past Board of Trustees Chairman and all our other Trustees.
