A casual, and yet very elegant, evening was enjoyed by over 600 people who attended the inaugural Home Sweet Homes benefit presented by National City in support of the mission of North Coast Community Homes on September 8, 2007 at the Waite Hill horse farm of Ed and Patricia Pavlish.

The benefit attendees were entertained by a Dixieland trio, costumed dancers from The Cleveland Museum of Art, the Three Waiters (professional opera singers), the No Name Band (a group of prominent Cleveland area judges and lawyers) and dinner was catered by Gavi’s. The event was chaired by Stacey and Hoby Hanna, and the Honorary Chairs were Jill and Paul Clark and Bess and Ronn Richard. Hoby Hanna is the President & COO of Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer, Paul Clark is the President of Northern Ohio Banking for National City and Ronn Richard is the President & CEO of The Cleveland Foundation.

NCCH thanks, with deep gratitude, the Home Sweet Homes Committee Chairs and members, the North Coast Neighbors volunteers, the many vendors who provided services and NCCH personnel who gave of their time and services in making this special event a major success! The benefit raised over $320,000 gross in support of the NCCH mission.

Another grand benefit evening is now being planned for 2009.
