Annual Tenant Picnic in 2008 to be sponsored by

NCCH tenants really enjoy their picnic!

The Tenant Picnic is one of the most memorable events of the year for NCCH tenants with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. About 250 tenants, family members, care providers, staff and volunteers attended this special event in 2007. They were served hot dogs, hamburgers, chips and soft drinks and were able to have their faces and/or hands painted by Patty Figula, who donated her time. CK the DJ, who also volunteered his time and equipment, was on hand to play music for dancing.

In 2008 The Sherwin-Williams Company has agreed to sponsor this event and Sherwin-Williams personnel will be handing out S-W t-shirts and painter caps to all of the attending tenants.

Thank You, Sherwin-Williams! Your support will not be forgotten.

Invitations for this year’s picnic will be mailed in late August.
