North Coast Community Homes is a Northeast Ohio non-profit organization that provides quality housing and resources for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
Apply for this JobThe Safety and Quality Control Inspector will ensure all homes owned by North Coast Community Homes (NCCH) are visited monthly to evaluate safety concerns and living conditions. Utilizing a standard inspection checklist, they will document findings and identify trends and areas for improvement. This position is designed to focus on standard safety issues and will not perform maintenance unless repairs are to remediate an immediate safety hazard or can be completed with little effort (plunging toilets, shutting off running water, etc.).
