Please leave a detailed message. The answering service will contact the appropriate NCCH team member or one of our preferred contractors.

Information needed when placing a work order:

  • House address, including house number and full street name
  • Your name and phone number
  • Description of work needed
  • For appliances, name the appliance and brief description of what is going on with the appliance
  • Bathroom - let us know how many bathrooms are in the house and state the location of the bathroom needing repair and what needs to be repaired (sink, toilet, bathtub, or shower)
  • Leaking faucet - give the location of the faucet

It is helpful if you provide as many details as possible so that we will have accurate and thorough information to give to the Property Manager or to provide to one of our preferred contractors.
