North Coast will assist the legal teams by providing information to area Probate Courts for approval of funds to be expended when purchasing or renovating a home for a client.
We streamline the process by taking the lead to interview the client and extended family while working with assigned healthcare professionals to assess the needs of the home and determine modifications to create a physically accessible and safe environment.
Upon completion of the assessment, we produce a report with recommendations on home specifications. We then assist in locating and assessing potential properties for consideration (through NCAH Realtor). Upon selection of a home, recommendations for the selected home and recommended modifications specific for the client are provided.
With approval, North Coast Accessible Homes will begin home modifications creating a safe, barrier-free customized home.
Trust owned properties typically are not assessed on a regular basis for basic property and dwelling upkeep, safety and capital needs. North Coast provides a written inspection two times per year of homes to determine and manage the property maintenance and repair needs.
NCCH will conduct a home inspection, creating a report to be provided to the Trust managing firm. Recommendations regarding general maintenance and ongoing service requirements are provided for the following:
NCCH is recognized for setting exceptional standards in the areas of maintenance service. We will arrange and perform agreed upon repairs, renovations and capital improvements. Our maintenance team can also be called upon to perform ongoing general home maintenance and inspections.
