Weekly lawn maintenance for all NCCH homes maintains a weekly cutting and lawn general clean-up beginning in April and will continue into November, based on weather conditions. The weekly service provided by the landscaping team includes grass cutting and trimming, power blowing to remove grass debris, and pruning, as needed.
Reminder, please submit a work order via the NCCH QR code should there be any lawn damage due to storms.
Safety at NCCH homes is critical during winter in Northeast Ohio. NCCH contracts with multiple snowplow companies for snow removal.
NCCH Snow Removal Policy:
Snowplow contractors begin servicing homes when snowfall exceeds two (2) inches.
A normal snowfall of 2" or more accumulating in the evening or early morning should be cleared in the morning. Snowfall that occurs during the day should be plowed by early evening.
Contractors have numerous customers on their routes. During periods of heavy snowfall, drivers may be delayed.
Only primary entrances will be cleared, including ramps at primary entrances. Decks and patios will not be cleared.
Snow conditions vary from property to property. If drifting or snow/slush/ice are making driveways difficult to navigate due to City Plows, please place an online workorder first.
