Outdoor Yoga with Adapted Fitness and Yoga Plus LLC
Advocacy Series Part 2

Join us for an outdoor yoga session with an instructor from Adapted Fitness and Yoga Plus LLC. The session is designed for all abilities including individuals with walkers and wheelchairs. Be sure to bring a yoga mat or large towel to sit on. An indoor space will be
available for inclement weather. Following the event, you will learn about community inclusion and opportunities that are available in your
community.

Martial Arts Seminar

An introduction to self defense martial arts will be led by an instructor from Two Tigers Kung Fu School. The session is designed for all abilities including individuals with walkers and wheelchairs. Will take place outdoor weather permitting.
