Many of the wonderful individuals we serve have no family or have aging parents who can’t as easily meet the growing demands for care. NCCH provides solutions!
NCCH works to find the best possible properties in neighborhoods throughout Northeast Ohio that suit and/or can be modified to meet the specific needs of the individuals who will live in the home. Houses are customized to meet the needs of each person. Modifications to the home including; fire safety systems, ramps, lifts, barrier-free showers and more are made to ensure safety, comfort, and maximum independence.
In a NCCH home, residents live as part of a community and neighborhood. Individuals go to work, enjoy leisure time at their home, socialize and are involved in community events.
