What We Do
Maintenance

NCCH is recognized for setting exceptional standards in the areas of maintenance service.

We fulfill over 3,500 maintenance requests each year. To us, that is taking steps to keep our residents safe and secure. Responding to a maintenance request puts into motion the dedication of our team to manage repairs and modifications solely for resident's quality of life.

Our maintenance team performs ongoing general home maintenance and inspections for all properties owned and managed. We will arrange and perform agreed upon repairs, renovations, and capital improvements.
