NCCH makes our nearly 200 homes good by ensuring timely repairs and upkeep.
Our Property Managers ensure efficient daily operations for each home, overseeing maintenance repairs and working with key contractors to address plumbing, heating & cooling and electrical emergencies as they arise.
Residents and caregivers are able to report repair requests and after-hours issues through the NCCH maintenance service, 24/7.
