North Coast Community Homes works as a team with families, caregivers, partner organizations, and a community of supporters to provide men and women with disabilities the opportunity to live their best life in neighborhoods across Northeast Ohio.
Men and women living with disabilities are referred through our partners in the county that have identified an individual housing need at a North Coast Community Homes.
Residents at a North Coast Community Home have 24/7 support in their home by attending care providers. The provider is selected by the resident and their family.
